TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES FEBRUARY 2, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on outdoor bulletin board and town website. 5. Approval of February 2, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the February 2, 2026 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of January 19, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the January 19, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 7. Town of Roxbury Sanitary District Committee Appointment/Action – Nick Ganser made a motion to appoint Gail Lamberty to a new 3-year term on the Roxbury Sanitary District Committee expiring December 31, 2028. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 8. Public Opinion – Suggestion to move the town message board section of the website above the public notice section. This change has been made. 9. Patrolman Report – Nothing much going on at this point. Josh will get quotes for tree and brush removal. 10. Correspondance Letters/E-mails – Misc. informational emails. 11. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15861 thru 15875. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth.
