TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 19, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JANUARY 19, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of January 19, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the January 19, 2026 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of January 5, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the January 5, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Gretchen Timmerman-two community living arrangement within 1000 feet of each other discussion- Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the 7197 Loper Rd and 7277 Loper Rd community living arrangements within 1000 feet of each other owned by Campbell House LLC. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 9. Presentation of TextMyGov and Cost Proposal – After discussion the board determined the cost out ways the benefits at this time. 10. Discussion on Planning Commission Chair wages/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to add an hourly wage of $22.00 to the planning commission wages for work other than meeting Per Diems. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried 11. Patrolman Report – Josh gave board a list of tree/brush areas that need to be taken care of. Also discussed tractor and boom mower as 1st on the wish list for equipment. 12. Correspondance Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous informational emails. 13. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried 14. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15836 thru 15837, 15840, and 15856 thru 15856. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0.
