TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 15, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY DECEMBER 15, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:00 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by all. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board 5. Approval of December 15, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the December 15th board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of December 1, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the December 1, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Question if Seller’s permit it needed in the township. Nanette can no longer print the tax report list due to new software program. It will be on the town website. 8. Approve Election Inspector’s for the 2026/2027 election years/Action –Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve and appoint the following election inspectors for the 2026-2027 election cycle: Myra Ballweg, James Kuehn, Sally Maier, Mary Ann Wipperfurth, Karlene Huckstadt, Michelle Marx, Greg Zurbuchen, Candace Peterson. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve and appoint Gary Wipperfurth as Chief Election Inspector. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve Beth Barvinek and Kelli Raymond as Election Greeters. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 9. Patrolman Report – Plowing update. 10. Correspondance Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous emails. 11. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check numbers 15773 thru 15783 and 15786 thru 15806. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley.
