TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 1, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY DECEMBER 1, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:00 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice posted on Town Website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of December 1, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the December 1, 2025 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of November 17, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the November 17, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Mary Falkenstein called to let board know that Josh did a great job snowplowing during the storm. Matt Ballweg came to ask about tree trimming projects for next year. 8. Patrolman Report – Josh reported that culvert on Kippley road was worse than they thought and it will need to be totally redone next year. 9. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Misc. correspondence given to board to read. 10. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 11. Approve Checks – Checks numbers will need to be approved at next meeting due to computer crash. 12. Adjourn – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried.
