TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 3, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 3, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Public Notice posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board 5. Approval of November 3, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the November 3, 2025 meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of October 20, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the October 20, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Ambulance Commission Appointment Discussion/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to appoint Shelly Hacker as our representative for the Ambulance Commission. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 9. Discussion and Approval of Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2025-12213, Thomas and Rita Brisky, Parcel 0907- 311-8501-0, 6683 Dunlap Hollow Rd, to reconfigure existing residential lot and create two agricultural lots/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve of Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2025-12213, Thomas and Rita Brisky, Parcel 0907-311-8501-0, 6683 Dunlap Hollow Rd, to reconfigure existing residential lot and create two agricultural lots. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 10. Review and Approve 2026 Maintenance & 2027 Exterior Revaluation Assessment Contract/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the 2026 Maintenance & 2027 Exterior Revaluation Assessment Contract with Equity Appraisal L.L.C. at an annual cost of $26,000.00. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 11. Correspondence Letters – Miscellaneous correspondence and all board members got copies of the culvert inventory result reports. The town received its first notice of non-compliance of statutory percentages of assessed value. 12. Patrolman Report – Mack Road wedging /overlay is finished. Josh will be shouldering in the next few days. 13. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 14. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15750 thru 15760. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 15. Adjourn – Nick Ganser made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley.
