NOTICE OF TOWN OF ROXBURY PLANNING COMMISSION ZOOM MEETING THURSDAY OCTOBER 30, 2025 AT 6:30 PM. The Roxbury Planning Commission will meet on 10/30/2025 at 6:30pm via Zoom to approve the following zoning application that was previously discussed at the October 21 st Planning Commission meeting. Join Zoom Meeting: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87429629160?pwd=Gnt1NCGhlMAy4wVbm8ZpR9xV5mBXEr.1&jst=2 Called meeting to order Item 1: Tom and Rita Briskey of 6683 Dunlap Hollow Rd, own the following three parcels: 0907-311-8501-0 2.601 acres - zoned RR-2 0907-311-8551-0 37.57 acres - zoned FP-35 0907-304-9002-0 17.876 acres - zoned FP-35 Briskey's would like to move a portion of parcel 0907-304-9002-0 (FP-35) that contains the driveway and connect it to the parcel that contains their house, which is located on parcel 0907-311-8501-0 (RR-2), creating a new parcel that would contain both the house and driveway. This new parcel would be zoned RR -2 (no change in zoning), and would be 2.98 acres. Please see attached CSM proposal. From the proposed CSM: Lot 1 - contains the house and driveway, Old Parcel 0907-311-8501-0, zoning would remain RR-2 but grow from 2.601 to 2.98 acres. Lot 2 - Old Parcel 0907-311-8551-0, zoning would remain FP-35 but would grow from 37.57 to 45.53 acres. Lot 3 - Old Parcel 0907-304-9002-0 would have its zoning changed from FP-35 to FP-1 and would shrink from 17.876 to 7.68 acres. Adjourn: Adam Steinberg, Commissioner
