TOWN OF ROXBURY DANE COUNTY TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:10pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance- Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town hall website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of September 15, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the September 15, 2025 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of September 2, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the September 2, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. Jim Wipperfurth abstained. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Review and Approve Resolution 2025-06, Policy to Prohibit the Use of Excessive Force and to Enforce Applicable State and Local Laws Prohibiting Physically Barring Entrances/Exits for Non-Violent Civil Rights Demonstrations/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve Resolution 2025-06, Policy to Prohibit the Use of Excessive Force and to Enforce Applicable State and Local Laws Prohibiting Physically Barring Entrances/Exits for Non-Violent Civil Rights Demonstrations. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 9. Review and Approve Resolution 2025-07, Approving Participation in the Dane County Urban County Consortium/Action – Town Board is not pursuing this at this time. 10. Review and Approve COOPERATION AGREEMENT Urban County Program/Action – Town Board is not pursuing at this time. 11. Review new Town Hall Janitorial Contract/Action – Contract is good with addition of hourly wage for weekly cleaning. 12. Correspondence Letters- Notice of Dane County Tax Deed Auction. E-mail from Deputy Hager regarding reporting stolen or damage town property such as signs and barricades. 13. Patrolman Report – Josh and Matt Ballweg cleaned out Crystal Lake Road culverts. Josh will discuss with resident in Crystal Lake Development about cleaning out a wooded area that is causing flooding in the development. Will be cold patching over the next weeks. 14. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 15. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15695 thru 15706. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 16. Adjourn – Mike Bradley made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley.
