TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting order at 7:00. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg, Lisa Meinholz present. Absent Jim Wipperfurth. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice posted on Town Website and Outdoor Bulletin Board 5. Approval of September 2, 2025 Agenda – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the September 2, 2025 Board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of August 18, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the August 18, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Review and Approve Resolution 2025-06, Approving Participation in the Dane County Urban County Consortium/Action – No Action Taken. Tabled to a later date. 9. Review and Approve COOPERATION AGREEMENT Urban County Program/Action – No Action Taken. Tabled to a later date. 10. Discussion on Town Hall Cleaning costs and Janitorial wages/Action - After discussion Lisa will discuss ideas with Melissa and a new janitorial contract will be drafted. 11. Correspondence Letters - Email regarding Fish Lake boat traffic, other miscellaneous emails 12. Patrolman Report – still mowing, discussion on road work that needs to be done yet this year 13. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 14.
