TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 4, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON AUGUST 4, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:02pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth and Lisa Meinholz present. Mike Bradley and Nanette Backeberg absent 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of August 4, 2025 Agenda – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve the August 4, 2025 Board meeting agenda. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO - 0 6. Approval of July 21, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the July 21, 2025 Board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO - 0 7. Public Opinion – Issues with parking down on Inama Rd and Kippley intersection. No parking signs have been removed and when people are parked on both side the road is not wide enough for farm equipment to get thru. Question on when culvert work will be done. 8. Review and Approve Driveway Permit D-2025-03 for Brad Meinholz, Lot 46 Jenny Lind Lane, $250.00 driveway permit fee and $2500.00 driveway bond fee/Action – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve driveway permit D-2025-03 for Brad Meinholz, Lot 46 Jenny Lind Lane, $250.00 driveway permit fee and $2500.00 driveway bond fee. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO - 0 9. Review and Approve Final Change Order Payment to Clemens Excavating for the Dunlap Hollow Culvert Project/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve final change order for payment of $856.81 for final payment to Clemens Excavating for the Dunlap Hollow Culvert. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO - 0 10. Correspondence Letters – Miscellaneous informational emails 11. Patrolman Report – Mowing and Spraying is continuing at this time. 12. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. 13. Approve Checks – Tabled until August 21, 2025 due to printing issues. 14.
