TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES JULY 7, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JULY 7, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:01. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Nanette Backeberg, Lisa Meinholz present. Mike Bradley absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice was posted on Town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of July 7, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the July 7, 2025 agenda. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Motion carried. 6. Approval of June 16, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the June 16, 2025 meeting minutes. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Motion carried. 7. Public Opinion – The Haas family came to thank us for graveling/road work on Haas Rd. 8. Discussion and Approval of Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2025-12188, James Lord, parcel 0907-113-8501-0 Mussen Rd to create a residential lot/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve Rezone Petition DCPREZ- 2025-12188, James Lord, parcel 0907-113-8501-0 Mussen Rd to create a residential lot. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Motion carried. 9. Review and Approve Amendment Number Two to the Agreement for the Formation of a Joint Municipal Court and Operation of the Sauk Prairie Court Commission/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve Amendment Number Two to the Agreement for the Formation of a Joint Municipal Court and Operation of the Sauk Prairie Court Commission. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Motion carried. 10. Correspondence Letters – Miscellaneous questions regarding fence maintenance and utility easements. Topics for newsletter. 11. Patrolman Report – New mower is working great. Josh is looking into getting a skid sprayer to get rid of all broadleaf and noxious weeds. 12. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Motion carried. 13.
