TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES JUNE 2, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JUNE 2, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice posted on Town website and outdoor bulletin board 5. Approval of June 2, 2025 Agenda – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve the June 2, 2025 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of May 19, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the May 19, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 7. Public Opinion – MSA survey on quality of building inspectors/engineer. 8. Discussion and possible approval to return $2500.00 Driveway Bond for D-2024-6, Joey and Sallie Rabe, Crystal Lake Rd/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the return of $2500.00 Driveway Bond for D-2024-6, Joey and Sallie Rabe, Crystal Lake Rd. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 9. Correspondence Letters – Received notice from Fire Department that we will owe $$326,978.05 for a new fire truck over the next two years. Also, new agreement for joint municipal judge needs to be done in the next month. 10. Patrolman Report – Mower is not working, need to purchase new mower. Josh is looking into Schulte mower. 11. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15596 thru 15604. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 13.
