TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES MAY 19, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY MAY 19, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice- Verified notice posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of May 19, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the May 19, 2025 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of May 5, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the May 5, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Resident questioned the drainage of the new culvert on Dunlap Hollow Road. 8. Review and approve Joel Ludowitz Conditional Use Permit DCPCUP-2025-02666 to build a shed that is 9” over zoning restrictions height located at 9494 Donnette Dr. zoned SFR-08/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve Joel Ludowitz Conditional Use Permit DCPCUP-2025-02666 to build a shed that is 9” over zoning restrictions height located at 9494 Donnette Dr. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 9. Correspondence Letters- several correspondence on webinars and meetings. 10. Patrolman Report – Josh will be contacting Northwestern Stone regarding shouldering with recycled blacktop. 11. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15584 thru 15593. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 13.
