TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES MAY 5, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY MAY 5, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:05 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice posted on outdoor bulletin board and Town website. 5. Approval of May 5, 2025 Agenda – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve the May 5, 2025 meeting agenda. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of April 21, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the April 21, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 7. Public Opinion – Martha and Tom Glowacki made good comments about the tree and brush clearing the town has been doing. Also verified Josh will be mowing as much of the easements as possible with the mower we have. Philippe Coquard also sent an email thanking the board and Josh for fixing the potholes on Kehl Road. 8. Review/Approval of Field Road driveway permit FR-2025-01 for Dexter Breunig, Lueth Rd/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve field road permit FR-2025 for Dexter Breunig, Lueth Rd, with a $50.00 fee. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 9. Review Driveway Permit D-2025-02, Kyle and Stephanie Kraemer, Jenny Lind Lane, $250.00 driveway permit fee and $2500.00 driveway bond fee, possible approval/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve driveway permit D-2025-02 for Kyle and Stephanie Kraemer, Jenny Lind Lane, with a fee of $250.00 driveway permit fee and $2500.00 driveway bond fee. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 10. IT Hardware discussion for new judge Jim Witecha/Action – No action taken, Sauk Municipal court paid for the laptop. 11. MG & E Underground electrical extension/Action – Town board looked project over and has no issues. 12. Correspondence Letters – Complaint about recycle bins blowing over and other information correspondence 13. Patrolman Report – Josh is working on cold patching throughout the town. He would also like to hire out some shouldering with recycled blacktop. Will have to see what seal coat bids cost. 14. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 15. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15570 thru 15581. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 16.
