Planning Commission Meeting Agenda: Call meeting to order Item 1: Kyle and Stephanie Kraemer would like to combine parcel 050/0907-184-4694-0 (lot 44), which is located on Jenny Lind Ln in Blackhawk Fields subdivision, is .479 acres and zoned SFR-08, with parcel 050/0907-184-4705-0 (lot 45), which is also located on Jenny Lind Ln in Blackhawk Fields subdivision, is .463 acres and zoned SFR -08, into one new lot that will be 0.94 acres and zoned SFR-08 (per attached CSM).
