TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES APRIL 7, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY APRIL 7, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:01 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice posted on Website and Outdoor Bulletin Board 5. Approval of April 7, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the April 7, 2025 Board Meeting Agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of March 17, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the March 17. 2025 meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 7. Public Opinion – Randy Schmidt, Dunlap Hollow Rd, had questions on clearing ditch in front of his property and also asked what he had to do to clean out ditch on his property. 8. Review and Approve Driveway Permit D-2025-01 Heffron Homes Lot 48 Jenny Lind Lane, $250.00 fee/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve driveway permit D-2025-01, Heffron Homes, Lot 48 Blackhawk Fields, Jenny Lind Lane with a fee of $250.00. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 9. Oath’s for Elected Officials for 2025-2026/Action – Clerk gave Oath’s to Chairman, Supervisor #1 and Supervisor #2 to be signed. All signed and filed. 10. Correspondence Letters – Received salt shed inspection sheet from AECOM. One minor crack in pad needs to be cracked filled. Other miscellaneous information. 11. Patrolman Report – Josh reported that he is working on cold patching throughout the town. Also, asked if he could price a wood chipper so he can continue to clean up roads. Board agreed. Also suggested removing road bans from website. Board agreed. 12. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 13. Approve Checks- Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check # 15527. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15530 thru 15543. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley.
