Special Meeting of Board of Supervisors following the PC Meeting which starts at 7:00pm — Minutes

Special Meeting of Board of Supervisors, Town of Lincoln, Kewaunee County Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Lincoln Town Hall, N8016 Maple Rd, Casco, WI Chairman Jesse Jerabek called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. Also present were Supervisors Dave Routhieaux and Tony Strnad, Zoning Administrator Joe Jerabek, Plan Commission Chair Mick Sagrillo. Plan Commission members Tim Strnad and Brian Kinnard were also in attendance along with Lee Kinnard from Kinnard Farms Minutes taken by Town Chairman Jesse Jerabek. 7:16 Board held discussion on a CUP request from Kinnard Farms to bury/drain a tile line into the right of way on Black Ash Road just south of Partridge Road. Motion to approve CUP (Routhieaux /2nd Strnad). Motion carried 3-0. 7:17 Motion to recess to after next Plan Commission CUP (Routhieaux /2nd Strnad). Motion carried 3-0. 7:47 Board held discussion on CUP for EL-NA Farms to expand a feed pad. Motion to approve CUP (Routhieaux /2nd Strnad). Motion carried 3-0.
