Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at 7:00pm — Agenda packet

PC Chairman’s report for BoS 8-3-2026 meeting It was a slow month with only 8.25 hours in in July. Reviewed the PAWS contract for applicability and usefulness to ToL. Talked to chairman Jesse about a variety of town issues including: KFI tearing down Suzi’s Place now due to the poor condition of the building then rezoning some land for a rebuild later; Rezoning his in-laws 36.5 acres who got questionable advice from their surveyor. Reviewed and edited the job descriptions before send them out to the PC for the meeting. Talked to ZA Joe about scheduling upcoming CUPs for KFI and El-Na Farms. Reviewed the ZO and CoO rewrite proposal from BLRPC. We had one PC meeting on July 22nd. At that meeting, the PC discussed: The proposal from BLRPC to revise the ToL ZO and develop a CoO; Jesse explained FEMA disaster and flood grant procedures; Job descriptions for ToL positions and appointees. With input from the PC and BoS, I drafted a response to BR on the BLRPC proposal. Waiting for Jesse’s feedback before I send it to BR. We have a PC meeting scheduled for August 26th. The agenda includes: A CUP request from KFI to create a tile outlet at the corner of BA and Partridge Rds. A CUP request from El-Na Farms to enlarge the feed storage area at E4029 Pheasant Rd. Discuss the BLRPC ZO / CoO re-write proposal and how to respond to BR. Mick Sagrillo, Plan Commission chair
