Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at 7:00pm — Agenda packet

PC Chairman’s report for BoS 7-6-2026 meeting I had about 11 hours on Plan Commission tasks since the last town board meeting including: Fielded a call from Brad LeGreve about permitting a shipping container; Discussed the shipping container ordinance with ZA Joe. Discussed how to allow KFI to upgrade the RoWs on BA Rd and Partridge Rds With Jesse; also visited this site with Jesse and Dave Routhieaux after the last PC meeting. Most of the month’s work involved working on job descriptions, including: Research job descripts from other municipalities; Phone calls with Jesse about town chair and BoS jobs descripts; Emails with Tim about the treasurer job descript; Meeting with Joe to create a responsibilities / duties descript for the ZA; Made some revisions to the job descript docs for the PC; Emailed these docs out to the PC for our June meeting. We had one PC meeting on June 24th which was occupied primarily with reviewing job descriptions and discussing suggestions. Attended the special BoS meeting on June 29th where the town board discussed allowing KFI to proceed with ‘improving’ the BA and Partridge Rds. RoWs. Took a well sample at the town hall for the LWCD well testing program. Received a reply from Brandon Robinson at BLRPC and a proposal for revising and upgrading our ZO. This will be on our next PC meeting scheduled for July 22 along with further reviews of our job descriptions / duties / responsibilities. Mick Sagrillo, Plan Commission chair
