Possible Quorum of the Board of Supervisors at 5:00pm to open sealed road bids — Minutes

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLN BOARDS OF SUPERVISORS Bids for 2026 Town of Lincoln Seal Coating were publicly opened on July 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at N8016 Maple Road, Casco WI 54205. The public was welcome to attend. The bid request was published in the Green Bay Press Gazette for two consecutive weeks in accordance with Wisconsin State statutes. Bids were submitted to Town Chairman or Town Clerk. The bids also could have been deposited in the drop box at the Town Hall. Chairman Jerabek opened the meeting at 5:00pm. Others present were Supervisor Routhieaux and Eric, rep from Fahrner Asphalt. During bid phase Jerabek answered questions of possible bidders, Scott Construction, Fahrner Asphalt and Construction Connect. Bids from Scott Construction ($77,489) and Fahrner Asphalt ($89,204) were received by deadline of 7.2.26 at 1:00pm. Each bid package received was reviewed by Board.
