Special Meeting of Board of Supervisors, Town of Lincoln, Kewaunee County Monday, June 29th, 2026 Lincoln Town Hall, N8016 Maple Rd, Casco, WI Chairman Jesse Jerabek called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Also present were Supervisors Dave Routhieaux and Tony Strnad and Town of Lincoln Plan Commission Chairman Mick Sagrillo Minutes taken by Town Chairman Jesse Jerabek. 6:00 Meeting opened and board approved posted agenda for the Special Board of Supervisors meeting. Motion to approve agenda (Jerabek/2nd. Routhieaux). Motion carried 3-0. Board held discussion on authorizing Kinnard Farms and Champion Excavating to clean and restore the ditch on Black Ash Road from N8453 north to Partridge Road from field washout that has hindered drainage to the culvert and water flow to the northeast along the field edge. Motion to approve cleaning and restoring of the ditch, with site visit by board members to ensure satisfaction of work after completion made (Jerabek /2nd. Routhieaux). Motion carried 3-0.
