Special Meeting of Board of Supervisors, Town of Lincoln, Kewaunee County Wednesday, January 28th., 2026 Lincoln Town Hall, N8016 Maple Rd, Casco, WI Chairman Jesse Jerabek called the meeting to order at 7:38 p.m., Also present were Supervisors Dave Routhieaux, Tony Strnad, Zoning Administrator Joe Jerabek, and from the Town of Lincoln Plan Commission Mic Sagirillo, Tim Strnad, and Brian Kinnard Minutes taken by Town Chairman Jesse Jerabek. 7:38 Meeting opened and board approved posted agenda for the special Board of Supervisors meeting. Motion to approve agenda (Routhieaux /2nd. Strnad). Motion carried 3-0. Board held discussion on American Tower and Verison Wireless Conditional Use Permit as recommended by the Plan Commission.
