Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at 7:00pm — Agenda packet

PC Chairman’s report for BoS 1-5-2026 meeting I had about 22.75 on Plan Commission tasks in December, including: Phone calls and emails about Verizon’s CUP request for work to be done on the tower on Hawk Rd. This involved ZA Joe Jerabek as well as the Verizon applicant. This took a lot of time. Work on the records retention schedule for the PC to consider. Trying to get Steve Albers rezoning and shipping containers on the January agenda. Drafted a DA for KHF’s shipping container. Reviewed the KC Shoreland Ordinance for applicability to ToL. Reviewed and organized ordinances and docs for Mary Ann to post on the ToL website. Updated several ‘do I need a…’ docs for the ToL website. Only one PC meeting in December where the PC: Approved a DA for KHF for a 40’ shipping container; Reviewed and edited ‘Do I need a building permit?’ before posting it on the ToL website; Reviewed the records retention schedule but decided to send it to the BoS to decide what to do with it. Created the 2025 PC annual report for the ToL BoS. Lots of PC administrative work in December. Lots of phone time with town chair Jesse and ZA Joe. We have one PC meeting scheduled for January 28. On the agenda is/are: A CUP hearing for Verizon’s construction on the tower on Hawk Rd. A rezoning hearing / shipping container DA for Steve Albers if ever get his applications and we ever get the notice posted. Job descriptions for town officials and appointees.
