PC Chairman’s report for BoS 3-10-2025 meeting I had about 15.75 hours on Plan Commission tasks in February. One major issue I worked on in February was the Conditional Use Permit for Kinnard Farms for their 360 Rain Irrigation Equipment. Besides research and drafting, this included meeting with Lee Kinnard and Amanda Heiges to go over what to include in the Site Plan Review application. A second major issue was the rezoning request from Karley and Casey Mueller. Other questions and research included: Zoning for easements; Drafting a revised shipping container ordinance; Several questions from Zoning Administrator Joe Jerabek and Town Chair Jesse Jerabek; Plus the usual Plan Commission administrative work. We had a Plan Commission meeting on February 19th, 2025. At that meeting, the Plan Commission: Reviewed the Karley and Casey Mueller rezoning request and made an alternate recommendation the Board of Supervisors to approve. Reviewed the Kinnard Farms Site Plan Review materials for the 360 Rain Irrigation Equipment and agreed on items that needed to be included in the Development Agreement. Approved a revised draft of the Shipping Container Ordinance. This will go up for public hearing at the March 26, 2025 Plan Commission meeting. We have a Plan Commission meeting scheduled for March 26th at which time the Plan Commission will; Hear a rezoning request from Steven Reimer; Hear a rezoning request from Alec Wery; Hold a public hearing for Kinnard Farms 360 Rain Irrigation Equipment Development Agreement; and, Hold a Public Hearing for Ordinance 2025-1 on Shipping Containers to replace Ordinance 2024-2 on Shipping Containers. Mick Sagrillo, Plan Commission chair
