Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Supervisors at 7:00pm — Agenda packet

PC Chairman’s report for BoS 2-3-2025 meeting I had about 12.25 hours on PC tasks in January. Much of this time was spend preparing the 2024 PC annual report. Questions and research included: Brandon Robinson on “what constitutes a ‘building’”?; Review our CPR ordinance and LWCD ordinance on CPI relative to the upcoming KFI / 360 Rain meeting; Review ag setbacks for buildings vs manure structures; Discuss broadband KC proposals with Town of Ahnapee Supervisor Gary Paape; Jesse about the requirement for a permit to remove equipment from a telecomm tower; Revised out shipping container ordinance for consideration at the next PC meeting; Began researching other municipality’s ordinances and fees governing RoW installations. We had a PC meeting on January 22, 2025. Half of that meeting constituted a presentation by John Schwann of 360 Rain and Lee Kinnard about the irrigation system that KFI would like to install this spring. The balance of the meeting was taken up with discussions on KC broadband, ag setbacks, and the shipping container ordinance. The job descriptions for the PC chair and the town clerk for review by the PC were tabled for a future meeting. We have a PC meeting scheduled for February 19th at which time the PC will entertain a rezoning request and review the site plan materials from KFI for their 360 Rain proposal. Mick Sagrillo, PC chair
