BADKE NOTICE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MENOMONIE October 20, 2026 6:00pm Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council may be present at Menomonie High School (1715 5th Street West, Menomonie, WI 54751) on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 6:00pm to attend a Town Hall Meeting. The topics of conversation will include Housing Development, City Financial Position and Economic Development. For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at this time. Dated: October 6, 2026
