BADKE NOTICE
CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF MENOMONIE
June 14, 2026
1:00pm
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City
Council may be present at Knappa Valley (E681 751st Avenue, Knapp, WI 54749) on Sunday June
14, 2026 at 1pm to attend an event entitled “Neighborhood Summit”.
The topics of conversation will include data center regulations.
For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council
pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408
(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at
this time.
