BADKE NOTICE
CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF MENOMONIE
June 13, 2026
6:00pm
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City
Council may be present at the Eau Claire Event Center (5633 20th Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703) on
Saturday June 13, 2026 at 6pm to attend an event entitled “Uniting West Wisconsin”.
The topics of conversation will include data center regulations.
For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council
pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408
(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at
this time.
