1. Call to Order: 4:13 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Tim Raap, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Review Capital Equipment/Repairs Plan and Proposed Projects/Expenses: Clerk- Treasurer Renee Roemhild presented options for revisions to the Capital Equipment/Repairs Plan. No action taken. 6. Consider 2/11/19 Motion Regarding Bulk Gas & Diesel Fuel Purchase and Related Liability Insurance: Village President Chester Goodman reported on costs for pollution liability insurance. He then requested the Public Works Director conduct a cost analysis, taking into account the cost of the insurance, and bring that information back to the Village Board for review. 7. Consider Proposed Three-Year Extension to Existing Solid Waste Collection Agreement: The letter from Mark Vinall of Advanced Disposal was read outlining his proposal for continuing the garbage & recycling contract with the Village. After discussion, the committee decided they would like price comparisons for the Board to review. ▪ MOTION (Aldrich/Raap) directing the Clerk-Treasurer to let out for bids immediately, with the opening date to be the regular May board meeting. 8.
