1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Helen Hartmann, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Chairman Chester Goodman, Curt Strasburg. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. ▪ MOTION (Van Auken/Williamson) nominating Dane Zook as Acting Chairman in the absence of Chester Goodman. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Williamson/Hartmann) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Kelley Gustaveson Final Plat for Subdivision of Land related to 628 S State Street: The Wisconsin Department of Administration sent an email stating they have received the plat from Kelley Gustaveson, as required by ordinance. Members reviewed the final plat. ▪ MOTION (Van Auken/Williamson) recommending approval of the final plat as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Consider Sign Permit in Downtown Business District @ 115 E Lincoln Avenue: The Plan Commission reviewed the permit for a sign that has already been installed for Rejuvenate at 115 E Lincoln Avenue. ▪ MOTION (Hartmann/Williamson) recommending approving the sign permit for 115 E Lincoln Avenue.
