1. Call to Order: 386 & 418 E Adams Avenue, Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Joyce Aldrich, Karen Strasburg, Tim Raap. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz, DeputyClerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: 1 citizen. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Strasburg/Raap) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Construction of Bike Path in Crystal Creek: Committee members reviewed the proposed bike path which extends from the south lot line between 386 and 418 E Adams Avenue to the north lot line between 385 and 415 E Adams Avenue. It was part of the plans when Michael Benrud developed the property. He has paid $1,666.67 towards the construction of the path. If constructed it will sit atop the Village utility easement that extends 11 feet on either side of the proposed 8 foot wide bike path. Currently the path does not link up to any other existing trails, but provides access to the creek on the north edge of the development. Members discussed the starting point for the path and paving options. ▪ MOTION (Strasburg/Raap) directing Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz to bring back paving bids to a future meeting for further discussion.
