1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Dale Reetz. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: Kevin & Ingrid Schultz. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Zook/Hartmann) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Building Permit in Downtown Business District for 119 E Lincoln Avenue: Kevin & Ingrid Schultz of Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations submitted a building permit for the exterior of their new office located at 119 E Lincoln Avenue. Village Architect Wayne Dau recommended approval of the permit as it met all the requirements with design guidelines for the Downtown District. He had a few suggestions for the windows and color of corbels that might enhance the design. These suggestions did not affect his recommendation for approval. ▪ MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) recommending approval of the building permit for 119 E Lincoln Avenue as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Sign Permit in Downtown Business District for 119 E Lincoln Avenue: Kevin & Ingrid Schultz of Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations submitted a sign permit for their property at 119 E Lincoln Avenue. Kevin noted that there has been a change from the initial permit: they want to use cut metal letters instead of vinyl. Zoning Administrator Terry Fellenz approved the permit. ▪ MOTION (Zook/Williamson) recommending approval of the sign permit for 119 E Lincoln Avenue as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 7.
