1. Call to Order: 6:35 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Tim Raap, Joyce Aldrich, Matt Mattoon, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Mattoon/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Process and Letting Out Bids for Municipal Garbage Services: The committee reviewed options for municipal garbage service. ▪ MOTION (Raap/Mattoon) to recommend the Board consider the following amendments to last year’s bid specs: ­ Request bid prices for two sizes: 65 & 95 gallon carts ­ Require company to provide 35 gallon carts, if resident prefers (No rate reduction for this size. Fee shall be the same as a 65 gallon.) ­ Request bids for two recycling options: weekly pickup & every 2 weeks pickup ­ Request bid prices for the option of pre-paid bags ­ Request change of pickup day of the week ­ Recommend every house be charged, but will seek understanding from garbage companies & other municipalities how any other option may work ­ Request “established customer count” be calculated twice per year. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Public Works Director/Village Administrator Applications. At the End of the Closed Session, the Board Will Be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business. ▪ MOTION (Mattoon/Zook) @ 7.50 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Mattoon-yes, Raap-yes, Zook-yes, Aldrich-yes. 7.
