1. Call to Order: 6:01 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Tim Raap, Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Matt Mattoon, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Other Village Board Members Present: Trustees Bob Jenkins, Sheena Kaatz. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda: ▪ MOTION (Mattoon/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Public Works Director/Village Administrator Candidates. At the End of the Closed Session, the Board Will Be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business. Roll Call Vote on Motion to Convene into Closed Session. ▪ MOTION (Zook/Mattoon) @ 6:03 p.m. and to invite Trustees Bob Jenkins and Sheena Kaatz into the closed session. PASSED, roll call vote: Mattoon-yes, Raap-yes, Zook-yes, Aldrich-yes. 6. Move to Return to Open Session and Action, if Any, on Matters Discussed in Closed Session ▪ MOTION (Mattoon/Zook) @ 7:45 p.m. to return to open session. PASSED, roll call vote: Raap-yes, Zook-yes, Aldrich-yes, Mattoon-yes. ▪ MOTION (Mattoon/Aldrich) to recommend the Board investigate the legalities of making some employee positions salaried, rather than hourly.
