1. Call to Order: 6:13 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Tim Raap, Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Bob Jenkins, Sheena Kaatz, Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: 1citizen. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted at the three public places and local newspapers were notified. Also a notice regarding the public hearing was published in the newspaper. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Letter to Relinquish Alcoholic Beverage License: President Tim Raap read a letter from Loren Duda stating her intent to surrender her Combination Class B alcoholic beverage license condition upon the Village Board’s approval and issuance of a new license to Southtowne Pub LLC, Martin Tauger and Toby Beigel, members.  MOTION (Strasburg/Mattoon) to accept Loren Duda’s letter to conditionally relinquish her liquor license. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Public Hearing re: Alcoholic Beverage License Application: President Raap opened the public hearing. There was no public comment so the public hearing was closed. 8. Consider Alcoholic Beverage License Application:  MOTION (Aldrich/Strasburg) granting a Combination Class B liquor & beer license for the remainder of the 2019/2020 license year to Southtowne Pub LLC dba Corner Pub & Grub. PASSED, without negative vote. 9. Adjourn:  MOTION (Zook/Aldrich) @ 6:26 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
