1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Committee Chairperson Joyce Aldrich, Trustees Kelli Corbin. Arriving Later: Trustee Sheena Kaatz. Members Absent: None. Other Village Board Members Present Arriving Later: Trustee Matt Mattoon. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild, Public Works Crew Jamie Kaeding. Also Present: Aaron Wilhelm. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Corbin/Aldrich) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. Trustee Sheena Kaatz joined the meeting at 6:35 p.m. 5. Consider Storm Water Management at Fall Creek Post Office (Village owned parking lot): Committee Chairperson Joyce Aldrich stated the post office has been having problems with runoff, water freezing and hazardous, slippery conditions in the winter months. Public Works Crew Member Jamie Kaeding stated there is enough slope east to west that should be able to grade it when resurfacing and take care of the problem.  MOTION (Aldrich/Corbin) recommending the parking lot be repaved, sloping to the proper grade to solve the issues discussed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Construction of Bike Path at Crystal Creek: Tabled to obtain information on bids. 7. Consider Request re: Widening Road or Drive Apron at Freedom Street, or Constructing Private Road to Assist with Semi-Truck Traffic: Aaron Wilhelm spoke with his request to widen the driveway apron. Tabled to obtain more information. 8. Adjourn:  MOTION (Corbin/Kaatz) @ 7:20 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
