1. Call to Order: 8:05 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Trustees Kelli Corbin, Bob Jenkins, Sheena Kaatz, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Village President Tim Raap, Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Matt Mattoon. Staff Present: Police Chief Chad Dachel.  MOTION (Kaatz/Strasburg) to nominate Trustee Bob Jenkins as Acting Chairman in the absence of Village President Tim Raap. PASSED, without negative vote. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Kaatz) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Offer of Employment. At the End of the Closed Session, the Board Will be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business. Roll Call Vote on Motion to Convene into Closed Session.  MOTION (Kaatz/Strasburg) @ 8:07 p.m. inviting Police Chief Dachel into closed session. PASSED, roll call vote: Corbin-yes, Jenkins-yes, Kaatz-yes, Strasburg-yes. 6. Move to Return to Open Session and Action, if Any, on Matters Discussed in Closed Session.  MOTION (Kaatz/Corbin) @ 8:30 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Jenkins-yes, Kaatz-yes, Strasburg-yes, Corbin-yes.  MOTION (Corbin/Strasburg) to offer the job to candidate #1 on the condition that candidate passes required physical and drug test. Police Chief Dachel will contact the candidate. PASSED, roll call vote: Kaatz-yes, Strasburg-yes, Corbin-yes, Jenkins-yes. 7.
