1. Call to Order: 2:30 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Bob Jenkins via phone, Trustees Matt Mattoon and Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Police Chief Chad Dachel.  MOTION (Strasburg/Jenkins) to nominate Trustee Matt Mattoon as Acting Chairman. PASSED, without negative vote. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Jenkins) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Police Officer Applicants and Offer of Employment. Roll Call Vote on Motion to Convene into Closed Session.  MOTION (Strasburg/Jenkins) @ 2:32 p.m., inviting Police Chief Dachel into closed session. PASSED, roll call vote: Mattoon-yes, Strasburg-yes, Jenkins-yes. 6. Move to Return to Open Session and Action, if Any, on Matters Discussed in Closed Session.  MOTION (Strasburg/Mattoon) @ 2:59 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Strasburg-yes, Jenkins-yes, Mattoon-yes. 7.
