1. Call to Order: 7:00 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Tim Raap, Trustees Kelli Corbin, Sheena Kaatz, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Bob Jenkins, Matt Mattoon. Those noted in attendance include those attending via the virtual meeting. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Kaatz/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Point of Information: Salary vs Hourly Employment Positions: President Tim Raap reported on information learned from Lisa Bergersen, our insurance company’s Human Resource lawyer, regarding categories of employees that are defined as salary. She did not see any issues with making the Administrator/Public Works Director a salaried position but stated the ordinance and personnel policy would need to be updated. 6. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Applicants for Administrator/Public Works Director. Roll Call Vote on Motion to Convene into Closed Session:  MOTION (Kaatz/Corbin) @ 7:07 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Kaatz-yes, Raap-yes, Strasburg-yes, Corbin-yes. 7. Move to Return to Open Session and Action, if Any, on Matters Discussed in Closed Session.  MOTION (Strasburg/Kaatz) @ 8:25 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Raap-yes, Strasburg- yes, Corbin-yes, Kaatz-yes.  MOTION (Kaatz/Corbin) to set up the next phase of interviews with the top two candidates.
