1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Kelli Corbin, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson. Members Absent: President Tim Raap, Dale Reetz. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: James Kinsella and one more.  MOTION (Van Auken/Hartmann) to appoint Curt Strasburg as Acting Chairman in the absence of President Tim Raap. PASSED, without negative vote. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Hartmann/Corbin) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Consider Sign and Building Permit in Downtown Business District @ 126 S Liberty Street: The existing free-standing sign will change in its message; the size and placement will remain the same.  MOTION (Van Auken/Corbin) recommend approving the sign permit in the Downtown Business District @ 126 S Liberty Street. PASSED, without negative vote. The exterior paint color choices were approved by the village architect and reviewed by the members.  MOTION (Hartmann/Corbin) recommend approving the building permit in the Downtown Business District @ 126 S Liberty Street. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Corbin/Hartmann) @ 6:10 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
