1. Call to Order: 2:56 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Tim Raap, Sheena Kaatz, Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Trustees Joyce Aldrich, Kelli Corbin, Bob Jenkins. Also Present: Jared McKee. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Kaatz) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) For the Purpose of Engaging in Evaluation and Considering Employment of an Employee Over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility, Namely Consider Administrator/Public Works Director Applicants. Roll Call Vote on Motion to Convene into Closed Session:  MOTION (Strasburg/Mattoon) @ 2:58 p.m. and to invite Jared McKee into closed session. PASSED, roll call vote: Kaatz-yes, Mattoon-yes. Raap-yes, Strasburg-yes. 6. Move to Return to Open Session. No Action Will be Taken:  MOTION (Mattoon/Kaatz) @ 3:54 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Mattoon-yes. Raap-yes. Strasburg-yes, Kaatz-yes. 7.
