1. Call to Order: 6:15 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Tim Raap, Trustees Kelli Corbin, Bob Jenkins, Sheena Kaatz, Matt Mattoon, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Trustee Joyce Aldrich. Staff Present: Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Those noted in attendance include those attending via the virtual meeting. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Kaatz) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Filling Vacancy for Village Board Trustee: The Board interviewed candidates who expressed interest in the Village Trustee position: Westley Bennett, Ben Burch, Felicia Erickson, Russell Girard. A paper vote was then taken to narrow down the candidates to two: Jenkins-Erickson, Kaatz- Girard, Mattoon-Girard, Raap-Burch, Strasburg-Burch, Corbin-Bennett. Candidates who proceed to the next round are: Burch & Girard. A second paper vote was then taken: Kaatz-Burch, Mattoon-Girard, Raap-Burch, Strasburg- Burch, Corbin-Burch, Jenkins-Burch. Candidate with most votes: Burch. 6. Administer Oath of Office to Newly Appointed Board Member: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild administered the oath of office to Ben Burch. 7. Consider Appointments: Village Standing Committees: President Tim Raap appointed Ben Burch to the open seat on the Finance & Personnel Committee, Parks & Recreation Committee and Public Works & Streets/Sidewalk Committee  MOTION (Mattoon/Kaatz) confirming the above appointments. PASSED, without negative vote. 8. Adjourn:  MOTION (Mattoon/Raap) @ 7:22 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
