1. Call to Order: 6:06 p.m., virtual meeting at Zoom.us & physical meeting at Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Tim Raap, Trustees Ben Burch, Kelli Corbin, Sheena Kaatz, Matt Mattoon (arriving later), Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Trustees Bob Jenkins. Staff Present: Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Those noted in attendance include those attending via the virtual meeting. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda (including instructions if wishing to attend the virtual meeting) was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Raap) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Economic Development at Business Park: President Tim Raap reported on negotiations with H & S Fence, as authorized by the village board in closed session. Raap reviewed the specifications in the developer’s agreement.  MOTION (Raap/Mattoon) approving developer’s agreement for H & S Fence, with adjustments for the Certified Survey Map. PASSED, roll call vote: Corbin-yes, Kaatz- yes, Mattoon-yes. Raap-yes. Strasburg-yes, Burch-yes.  MOTION (Mattoon/Raap) approving the site plan, with modifications as needed for the Certified Survey Map as discussed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or Negotiating the Purchasing of Public Properties, the Investing of Public Funds, or Conducting Other Specified Public Business, Whenever Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Require a Closed Session, Namely, Negotiations re: Economic Development. At the End of the Closed Session, the Board Will be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business. Not needed. 7. Move to Return to Open Session and Action, if Any, on Matters Discussed in Closed Session. Not needed. 8. Adjourn:  MOTION (Kaatz/Corbin) @ 6:38m p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
