1. Call to Order: 5:30 p.m., Village Hall, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Tim Raap, Trustees Ben Burch, Karen Herbison, Karen Hurd, Sheena Kaatz. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee, Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: 2 citizens. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting, including an agenda was posted in the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Kaatz/Burch) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Old Business A. Work on 2022 Budget: Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee began by presenting a spreadsheet that detailed the projected debt balances at the end of 2021 and answered questions. McKee continued with presenting changes in the General Fund budget and presenting drafts of the Enterprise and Capital Fund budgets. The committee worked on individual items as needed.  MOTION (Herbison/Hurd) to bring the proposed budgets to the full board the following Monday. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. New Business  MOTION (Raap/Hurd) to table all three of the new business items. PASSED, without negative vote. A. Recommendation re: Possible Employee Reception B. Recommendation re: Business Recruitment C. Recommendation re: Revising Ordinance Chapter 268 Zoning 7.
