BADKE NOTICE
URBAN FORESTRY BOARD
CITY OF MENOMONIE
April 24, 2026
9:30 am
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the Urban
Forestry Board and/or City Council may be present at the Menomonie Public Library (600
Wolske Bay Rd, Menomonie, Wisconsin, 54751) on Friday, April 24, 2026 for an Arbor Day
Celebration event.
For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the Urban Forestry
Board and City Council pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d
533, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although no formal action will be
taken at this time.
