1. Call to Order: 5:02 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairperson Sheena Kaatz, Trustees Karen Herbison, Matt Mattoon, Tim Raap, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Administrator/Public Works Director Jared McKee, Police Chief Colin Mumford, Clerk/Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: Trustee Karen Hurd, 1 citizen. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted at the three public places and local newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Herbison) to adopt the agenda. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Old Business: A. Recommendation re: Ordinance Regulation/Enforcement re: Parking & Streets, Public Nuisances, Disorderly Property: Committee Chairperson Kaatz stated this is a continuation from the last meetings in which the committee has been working on updates to the ordinances, mainly regarding parking and housing/camping on personal property ordinances. Trustee Karen Herbison reported on her review of area municipal ordinances regarding a definition for hard-surface for parking. New Police Chief Colin Mumford presented a draft of some updates to the ordinances; the committee reviewed. Mumford stated our fees are out of date, almost all municipalities have adopted the Wisconsin State Fee Schedule. Discussion took place on the parking of recreation vehicles.
