Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN BOARD MEETING January 5, 2023 Chairman Dan Hanson called a town board meeting of the Town of Pleasant Valley to order on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the Town Hall in Cleghorn at 10:30am. Board members present Chairman Dan Hanson, Supervisors Doug Nelson and Dan Green. Also present were Jen Meyer, Clerk/Treasurer and Matt Michels, Eau Claire County Planning and Development. Edits to the draft of the Comprehensive Plan that were submitted from the Plan Commission were reviewed. Other conversations regarding the Future Land Chapter also created some additional edits to the draft of the Comprehensive Plan. Matt will make the final edits prior to the open house on January 18th. After the open house the plan commission will make their final recommendation to the board, followed by a 30-day public notice for a public hearing and then final Town Board adoption of the plan.
