BADKE NOTICE
CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF MENOMONIE
April 21, 2026
6:00pm
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.84(2) and (3), notice is hereby given that a majority of the City
Council may be present at the City Council Chambers (800 Wilson Avenue, Menomonie,
Wisconsin, 54751) on Tuesday April 21, 2026 at 6:00pm to attend a Welcome Party.
For the purposes of the open meeting law only, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council
pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 533, 494 NW2d 408
(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the City Council will not take any formal action at
this time.
