CROIX COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting several public hearings on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following applications: REZONING: Dale Jensen is requesting to Rezone 40 acres from the Ag-1 Agricultural Zoning District to the Ag-2 Agricultural Zoning District. Andy Borntreger requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate a general store, a Major Home Occupation as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.285 and 15.345, on a 26.437-acre property located at 557 250th St. in Sec2/T28N/R16W, PT SW NW LOT 2, CSM 34-7620, Parcel# 008-1005-30-001, Town of Eau Galle. Jason and Lynn Jay request a Conditional Use Permit to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.345 to operate a Major Home Occupation, on a 1.674-acre parcel located at 981 154th Ave in the NE ¼, SE ¼, Sec. 18 T30N R18W, Glens of Willow River, Lot 52, Parcel # 026-1306-00-052, Town of Richmond.
