Minutes of Previous Meeting - January 15, 2026 Approved Public Comment Business 1. Recognition of Outgoing CJCC Vice-Chair. Judge Needham recognized Kate Avoles as the outgoing vice-chair of the CJCC. 2. Introduction of Incoming CJCC Vice-Chair. Judge Needham introduced Liesl Nelson as the new vice-chair of the CJCC. 3. CJCC Chair Report. Judge Needham discussed the hope that St. Croix County will get a fifth judge. 4. Adult Treatment Court Updates. Judge Nordstrand provided updates to the Adult Treatment Court. 5. TAD Grant Updates. Diversion Supervisor Multhauf provided updates to the TAD grant. 6. Justice Support Services Updates. JSS Director Galli updated that the department has hired a new pretrial case manager who starts on April 1. 7. Family Treatment Court Updates.
