NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 8:30 AM to hear and consider the following requests: Mary O Schaefer Family Living Trust, requests a conditional use permit in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.36.F.3.a.3 (Stairways and lifts) to construct a lift in order to provide access to the St. Croix River waterfront, on a 2.39-acre property located at 1250 HWY 35, Hudson, WI 54016, Sec35/T30N/20W, Parcel# 030-2065-20-110, Town of St. Joesph. AND Timothy Westby, requests a conditional use permit in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Overlay District, as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 17.36.F.3.a.3 (Stairways and lifts) to construct a lift in order to provide access to the St. Croix River waterfront, on a 4.34- acre property located at 1310 HWY 35, Hudson, WI 54016, Sec27/T30N/20W, Parcel# 030- 2049-80-300, Town of St. Joesph.
